Payment terms:

The customer is ready to consider alternative proposals (including several) of the Participants in terms of the procedure and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals.

Comments: Necessary requirements for the Supplier.
1. The Participant of the procurement procedure has no lawsuits for the amount of claims against the latter exceeding 25% of the company's equity capital;
2. The period of state registration of a participant in the procurement procedure prior to his submission of an application for participation in the procurement procedure must be at least one year.
3. The contractor must have a branch or a separate representative office in the Krasnodar Territory.
4. The participant must have special legal capacity in accordance with the current legislation related to the implementation of the activities provided for by the subject of the procurement, including the necessary licenses to perform work or provide services, in the amount of work / services performed, namely, must have membership in a self-regulatory organization (SRO ), required in accordance with the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, which gives the right to perform work on the subject of the contract.
5. The Contractor's revenue for the last year must not be less than the contractual cost of the work, compiled according to the volumes specified in the terms of reference.
6. The TCH of the Participant must meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference.
7. The participant must make a visit to the place of work before submitting an application for participation in the procedure.
8. The participant must have proven experience in the types of work specified in the terms of reference.
9. In justifying the proposed cost of design and design and survey work, it is mandatory to provide estimates for design (design and survey) work. Estimated calculations should be carried out on the basis of the current reference books for design and design and survey work in Excel and Grand-Estimate (gsfx; .xml) format in basic prices using the current conversion index for design work of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation indicating the number and date document. Estimated calculations should indicate: the number of parts, chapters, tables, paragraphs and points of instructions to the section of the reference book of basic prices for design and survey work.
Separately, according to the cost estimate, you should calculate:
- Visualization in 3 versions;
- Development of the feasibility study stage.
- The cost estimate must be signed by the manager and the chief accountant of the project organization.
In addition, an explanatory note should be drawn up indicating the composition of the project being implemented, to assess its volume and justify the applied coefficients.
In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, your application for participation in the procurement procedure will be rejected.
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as an auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC "Sanatorium" Zapolyarye "reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue carrying out this Procurement procedure, to change the conditions for its implementation, as well as to refuse to conclude an agreement with the Supplier, whose proposal was recognized as the best based on the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, the said costs under no circumstances will be reimbursed by LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye.
