6. Organization balance sheet, profit and loss statement for the last reporting period with a note from the tax authority on acceptance (scan copy, certified by the seal of the tax authority or signed by the EP of the tax authority).
7. Lease agreement (certificate of ownership) for occupied office, industrial, warehouse premises (scanned copy).
8. Certificate of fulfillment by the taxpayer of the obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance contributions, penalties and tax sanctions issued by the relevant departments of the Federal Tax Service no later than 30 days before the deadline for receipt of applications (scan copy certified by the seal of the tax authority or signed by the EP of the tax authority) .
9. Charter (scan copy).
10. The decision on the appointment (election) of the Executive body of the organization, the order on assuming office (scan. Copy).
