Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the development of working documentation (RD) for the construction of facilities:
• RA 0001339 Main fan unit No. 3 with air heater;
• RA 0001365 Feeder power and lighting networks.

Work place:
Contractor's territory.

Start and finish dates of work:
1. Start date of work: 08/03/2020;
2. Completion date: 09/17/2020.
Start of work on the letter of guarantee from the Customer.

Requirements for the development of RD:

1. The technical solutions adopted in the RD must comply with the Design Documentation, as well as the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic, fire safety and other norms in force in the territory of the Russian Federation.
2. The set of documentation must comply with Appendix No. 1 to the TOR (Initial data) and contain the full amount of information sufficient for the construction of the facility, the inventory of goods and materials.
3. When developing a taxiway, be guided by the current building codes and regulations, regulatory documents.
4. The documentation is provided to the Customer for approval in electronic form.
5. RD should be executed in 5 copies: 4 (four) copies. on paper and 1 (one) copy. on electronic media in true formats - drawings in the format: AutoCAD scale 1: 1 and PDF, specifications (text and tabular documentation).

Requirements for the availability of permits for the Contractor:
1. The contractor must be a member of the SRO-P with a permit to work with the HIF (it is mandatory to provide an extract from the SRO register).

We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer no later than 16:00 (local time) on 07/30/2020 by e-mail KovrigaAV@ra.polymetal.ru, or submit an application for participation in the procurement on the B2B-Center electronic trading platform (Lot No. 2419549) with the following applications:
- a commercial proposal on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person, indicating information on the approval of the basic draft of the work contract without disagreements, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreements;
- completed proposal card (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- completed Questionnaire of the counterparty (Appendix No. 4 to the letter) and a reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required to perform work;
- charter (in the latest edition with all changes and additions);
- certificate of state registration (OGRN assignment);
- Tax registration certificate;
- decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary - a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
