Comments:
The Counterparty IN MANDATORY ORDER confirms the Commercial Proposal on the letterhead of the organization, signed and stamped.
In the absence of a document corresponding to the ETP, the proposal will not be considered.
The commercial proposal must indicate the following:
- Delivery time (in calendar days according to the schedule);
- Guaranteed shelf life;
- Cost with VAT per lot unit, rubles;
- Terms of payment (payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods);
- Readiness to work under a standard contract and specifications - conclusion of an agreement and specifications in the form provided by Tambov Bacon LLC (see attachment);
- supplier status: - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse;
- Reference list: experience of work with GK Rusagro, on the market, years;
- Fill in and attach to the ETP files with a visa and seal of Appendices No. 2, No. 3, quality certificates for products, specification (composition of goods).

Offers declared in this procedure, without the attached file of the COMMERCIAL OFFER to the Lots, corresponding to the results of the trading procedure, will not be considered.
