Participants who have not attached a KP are not accepted for consideration.

1. Commercial proposals issued on the letterhead of the organization, signed and stamped, are accepted for consideration.
KP upload to the contest in two formats: 1. PDF with the artist's seal and contacts. 2. Excel or Word. It is mandatory to fill out the form of the appendix to the TCP (see the tender documentation)


2. Required payment terms: 100% upon delivery to the supplier's warehouse within 60 calendar days.
Proposals with a delay of less than 60 calendar days are not subject to consideration.

3. A prerequisite for all bidders is agreement with our corporate requirements on the form of the contract, in particular, payment terms, penalties.
TO attach to NEW SUPPLIERS a letter of agreement with our corporate requirements on the form of the contract.

4. Attach: confirmation of the participant that he is a manufacturer or an official dealer, a certificate of conformity, a quality passport, a reference list of similar deliveries for 5 years.

5. Priority for transportation and logistics through the commercial port of Nakhodka, data is attached for interaction with the logistics company. The participating company has the right to independently choose logistics companies for prompt delivery to the address of Pavlik JSC.

6. The validity period of the TAP is 45 calendar days.

This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
