Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:100% within 30 calendar days upon delivery of each consignment. Other payment terms are discussed separately.

Delivery is made on the basis of a written application from the Buyer sent to the Supplier, drawn up within the limits stipulated by the Appendices to the Agreement. Depending on the volume of the actual need for the Goods, the Buyer has the right not to send an application to the Seller for the shipment of the Goods or declare a smaller quantity of the Goods than provided for in the Agreement, which cannot be regarded by the Parties as failure to fulfill obligations under the Agreement. Fixing the price for the period of the contract (until 12/31/2022)

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is not a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 1054-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is not an offer and does not give rise to civil obligations for Daltsvetmet LLC to conclude an agreement with the request participants.
Daltsvetmet LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, as well as at any time without announcing reasons to stop the procedure for collecting proposals, or change the conditions for its implementation. You bear the costs associated with the preparation of the proposal yourself and the indicated costs are not subject to reimbursement by Daltsvetmet LLC.
