Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay to the Supplier the sum equivalent to 100 (one hundred) percent of the consignment value not later than 15 (fifteen) business days from shipping documents submission (invoice, consignment note, waybill or as agreed by the parties).
Delivery terms:
1) Commercial Proposal shall specify the product manufacturer, availability, production time, time of delivery to the supplier's warehouse (for each item separately), cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), sending point, Supplier's relation to the supplied product (dealer, free seller, etc.)
2) The supplied products shall be new, not previously used and compliant with the requirements specification;
3) Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality
certificate;
4) Contract awarding criteria: delivery time, price, payment conditions, previous experience of work with the supplier;
5) Before shipping packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the product package, copies of the documents shall be sent
to the Customer via e-mail.
