In terms of measuring instruments: they shall come with primary verification of the manufacturer's factory or effective verification on the territory of Russia. OBLIGATORY!!!
Be sure to attach the KP with the manufacturer's indication. In case equivalents are suggested, please, specify the manufacturer and the technical parameters in the commercial proposal.
