Comments:
1) When setting the proposal, it is necessary to indicate the delivery time.
2) The delivered products must be new, have a guarantee.
3) Certificates of conformity, quality certificates (other documents confirming
quality).
4) Suppliers who won the tender for the first time need to enter into a standard contract with the buyer.
5) Proposals of participants that are not relevant to the subject of procurement (i.e. analogues), unless otherwise specified in the procurement documentation, will not be considered.
