Auto-extension

Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of a System Participant.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating the delivery time and payment terms, and a Certificate (representative, partner ...)
6) In cases where the counterparty is not a manufacturer of goods and materials, while he is not able to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by an official letter (certificate) of the manufacturer of goods and materials or information on the status of the supplier must be present on the manufacturer's website), his proposal for the supply of goods and materials is considered in the event the agreement of the counterparty to include in the supply contract penalties in the amount of 100% of the amount of the delivered batch of goods and materials in case of delivery of goods and materials that do not meet the specifications (delivery of "non-original" goods and materials), and granting a 100% deferral of at least 60 days.
