Legal entities that meet the following qualification requirements are allowed to participate in the procedure:
1) They have a license for the type of activity, or a corresponding document from an authorized body giving the right to legislatively collect (procure), store, process and sell scrap and waste ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
3) Have the legal capacity to conclude a contract of sale of scrap metal.
4) Are solvent
5) Possess material, financial and labor resources sufficient to fulfill obligations under the purchase and sale agreement for scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

The following documents are attached to the application:
1. A copy of the license for the right to carry out activities (a license for the right to purchase and accept waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, etc.), in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. TCH with signature and seal
3. A completed counterparty card for checking the SEB, according to our sample.
