We invite you to take part in the request for proposals No. 3309832 for the Sale of used shelving equipment for the online hypermarket "Crossroads for the Future"
The ongoing procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The request for proposals will be conducted according to the application form-specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 3).

Participation in this procedure for collecting proposals is free of charge.
The request for proposals procedure will be carried out until May 18, 2023, 18-00 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time in accordance with the extension regulations (see paragraph 3).
A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final commercial offer following the completion of the procedure, indicating: prices in currency bidding without VAT.
To participate in the procedure, the participant must fill out and attach the following documents by uploading them to the B2B ETP:
• Appendix No. 1 – KP form in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 2 – KA card in electronic Excel format
• Appendix No. 4 – Compliance questionnaire in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 5 – Consent to participation in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
The organizers of the procedure for collecting proposals reserves the right to conduct a rebidding.
