Payment terms:
1. Payment under the contract is made by preliminary transfer of funds, in the amount of 100%, to the account of the Customer, according to the invoice for payment. Payment is made within 10 calendar days after receiving an invoice for prepayment.

Comments: 1. To control the obligations under this Agreement, the parties draw up acts of reconciliation of mutual settlements on a monthly basis. The Customer provides the Contractor with a monthly statement of reconciliation of settlements by the 10th day of each month following the reporting one.
2. The sale of scrap without prepayment, in the amount of 100% on the basis of the invoice, is not allowed.
3. The amount of shipped scrap cannot exceed the amount of the payment made

Transportation is carried out by the Buyer's road transport.
