Legal entities that meet the following qualification requirements are allowed to participate in the procedure:
1) They have a license for the type of activity, or a corresponding document from an authorized body that gives the right to legally collect (procure), store, process and sell scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
2) They have the legal capacity to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of scrap metal.
3) Are solvent
4) They have the material, financial and labor resources sufficient to fulfill their obligations under the contract of purchase and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap.

The following documents are attached to the application:
1. A copy of the license for the right to carry out activities (license for the right to purchase and receive waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, etc.), in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Commercial proposal on the letterhead of the organization indicating tonnage and% of clogging, as in a notice with seals and signatures.
3. Completed counterparty card in the form of PJSC "Zvezda", with signatures and seals.
Participants who have not provided a commercial proposal and a completed counterparty card on the site will not be considered.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
