Payment terms:- advance payment for the supply of equipment and construction and installation work 45% (forty five) percent of the contract value no later than 5 (five) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract and the provision of a bank guarantee for advance payment;
- Payments for the work performed by the Contractor from July 2020 to February 2022 are carried out no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing on both sides of the acceptance certificates of the work performed.
Delivery terms:Stage I - until September 12, 2020 from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
Stage II - February 12, 2021 from the date of conclusion of the Treaty.
Stage III - until February 12, 2022 from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
