Comments:
The buyer, if there are questions about the condition, weight and dimensional characteristics of the goods sold, can visit the warehouses of the Reftinskaya GRES branch of JSC Kuzbassenergo for a comprehensive assessment of the purchased Property. After submitting an application for bidding, the Buyer's claims and refusal are not accepted.
Refusal to export at the won price is a reason for disqualification of the Participant and a ban on bidding on B2B tenders of PJSC Enel Russia.
