Comments:
To participate legal persons are allowed in the procedure corresponding to the following qualifications:
1) Have a license for the type of activity, or a corresponding document from the competent authority, authorizing the transfer right by law to collect (blank), storage, processing and sale of scrap and waste of ferrous and nonferrous metals.
2) Have a license to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, recycling, disposal and disposal of waste I-IV classes of danger.
3) Have the capacity to conclude a contract of purchase - sale of scrap metal.
4) They are solvent
5) Possess material, financial and human resources sufficient to fulfill the obligations under the contract of purchase - sale of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

The application is the following documents:
1. A copy of the license to carry out activities (a license to purchase and acceptance of waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, etc.), in accordance with Russian law.
2. A copy of the license to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, recycling, disposal and disposal of waste I-IV classes of danger.
3. Commercial offer with the seal and signature.
4. Filled counterparty card in the form of PJSC "Star".
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
