- payment for the goods: Not earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (Seventy five) calendar days (for small and medium-sized businesses - not more than 15 working days) following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Certificate of acceptance and transfer of the Goods, consignment note (unified form TORG-12), subject to the provision of original primary documents: invoice, invoice, TTN, the Buyer pays to the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the Goods supplied and accepted by the Buyer;
