Comments:
We hereby propose to consider the purchase of scrap metal from Albazino Resources LLC, formed as a result of the enterprise's economic activities:
- scrap and waste of ferrous metals of various sizes in the amount of 340 tons;
- scrap and waste of manganese steels (lining) in the amount of 102 tons. (+50 tn at the end of August 2020. Total about 152 tons)

Scrap metal location: Polina Osipenko District of the Khabarovsk Territory, in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Ernesty spring in its upper reaches, the site of the Albazinsky mining and processing plant. The coordinates of the Albazino area (Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´ Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´). Distance of the Albazino-Komsomolsk-on-Amur section - 370 km;
Road type: Komsomolsk-on-Amur - pos. Kharpichan - uch. Albazino - year-round, asphalt / soil covering, operating logging; ferry crossing Amgun (free);
The buyer independently organizes the loading and removal of scrap metal using his own equipment (cars, cranes), personnel (slingers) and materials (if necessary, cutting large fragments); provides 100% removal of the entire volume of scrap metal, while using appropriate vehicles (preferably semitrailer tractors with a semitrailer with a 40-foot container without a top and / or dump trucks of 40 tons), the capacity of which takes into account the presence of bulky lightweight fragments of scrap metal, such as cabins, chassis and bodies cars and trucks, metal structures, attachments for machines.
Removal period: 09/25/2020 - 10/25/2020;
The buyer must have a valid license for the right to carry out activities for the procurement, acceptance and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap;
The weight is determined by weighing the customer with a crane scale. Leave is made according to the act of the unified form M-11;
Payment terms: 100% advance payment for each batch

Please note that this RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
