Comments: We hereby propose to consider the purchase of scrap metal from LLC "ZK" Mayskoye ", formed as a result of the company's economic activities:
- scrap and waste of ferrous metals of various sizes in the amount of 34.52 tons;
- scrap and waste of manganese steels (lining) in the amount of 293,165 tons;
- copper cable - 10.3 t;
- aluminum cable - 4.9 t;
- aluminum wire - 6.75 tons.
Pickup period: 10.10.2020-02.11.2020;
The buyer must have a valid license for the right to carry out activities for the procurement, acceptance and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap;
Blockage percentage according to GOST 2787-75.
- Prepayment 30% per batch
- 70% within seven banking days, after the submission of the acceptance certificate, invoice and fatkura invoice, possibly in electronic form.
We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer, which will indicate: price per ton, percentage of clogging, delivery method, where the final acceptance of scrap metal will be carried out, with the following attachments:
1. a copy of the license for the right to carry out activities for the procurement, acceptance and sale of scrap metal.
2. charter (in the latest edition with all changes and additions)
3. certificate of state registration (OGRN assignment)
4. tax registration certificate
5. decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive
6. if necessary - a power of attorney for the person who is authorized to sign the contract.
7. letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on assigning codes
8. an up-to-date extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (acceptable in electronic form from the FTS website)
9. consent to the processing of personal data. see Attachment
10. Enterprise card in editable format
Please note that this RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
