Comments: We hereby consider the acquisition of scrap metal from ZK Mayskoye LLC, which was formed as a result of the company's business activities:
- scrap and waste of ferrous metals of various sizes of 248.552 t;
Pickup period: 04.08.2021-02.11.2020;
The buyer must have a valid license to engage in the harvesting, reception and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap;
Glitter percentage according to GOST 2787-75.

- 70% within seven bank days, after the acceptance deed, invoice and fatkoura account is provided, possible in electronic version.
We would be grateful to receive your commercial offer, which will include: 1 t price, percentage of pickup, method of delivery where final scrap metal acceptance will take place, with the following applications:
1. copy of the license for the right to operate in the harvesting, reception and disposal of scrap metal.
2. statute (most recently revised with all amendments and additions)
3. State Registration Certificate (OGRN Assignment)
4. tax accounting certificate
5. decision of the authorized body of a legal entity to appoint an executive body
6. if necessary - power of attorney on the person who is authorized to sign the contract.
7. Federal State Statistics Service letter on code assignment
8. current extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (admissible electronically from the FNS website)
9. consent to processing personal data. See attachment
10. Enterprise card in editable format
Please note, this procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Therefore, this request for offer procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the Customer.
