Comments:
We hereby propose to consider the acquisition of scrap metal from LLC Albazino Resources, formed as a result of the economic activity of the enterprise:
- scrap and waste of ferrous metals of various sizes in the amount of 243.41 tons;
- scrap and waste of manganese steels in the amount of 112.00 tons.

Scrap Location: The area named after Polina Osipenko, Khabarovsk Territory, in the Amgun-Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Erroneous Key in its upper reaches, is the site of the Albazinsky Mining and Processing Plant. The coordinates of the Albazino area (Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´ Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´). The distance between the Albazino-Komsomolsk-on-Amur section is 370 km;
Type of road: Komsomolsk-on-Amur - pos. Harpichan - Uch. Albazino - all-the-year-round, asphalt / soil coating, operating timber carrier; ferry across the river. Amgun (free);
The buyer independently organizes the loading and export of scrap metal using its own equipment (cars, cranes), personnel (slingers) and materials (if necessary, cutting large fragments); provides 100% removal of the entire volume of scrap metal, while using appropriate vehicles (preferably truck tractors with a semitrailer with and 40 foot container without top and / or 40 t dump trucks), the capacity of which takes into account the presence of voluminous lightweight fragments of scrap metal, such as cabs, chassis and bodies cars and trucks, metal structures, attachments of machines.
Pickup Period: 10/01/2019 - 20/10/2019;
The buyer must have a valid license for the right to carry out activities for the procurement, reception and sale of scrap metal;
Weight is determined by weighing on an attorney auto-weight located on the territory of the Albazino site. Vacation is made according to the act of the unified form M-11;
Payment terms: 100% prepayment

We will be grateful to receive your offer before 17:00 on 09/20/2019 with the following applications:
1. transmittal letter;
2. completed proposal card;
3. copy of the license for the right to carry out activities for the procurement, reception and sale of scrap metal.

We pay special attention to the fact that this request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
