Comments: We hereby propose to consider the acquisition of scrap metal from JSC Silver Magadan, formed as a result of the economic activities of the enterprise:
- scrap and waste of ferrous metals of various sizes up to 690 tons;
- crowbar scrap up to 13 tons;
- scrap and waste of manganese steels up to 31 tons.
Scrap Location:
1. Magadan region, Omsukchan district, Omsukchan village (576 km from the city of Magadan).
2. Magadan region, Omsukchan district, GOK "Dukat" (598 km from the city of Magadan).
3. Magadan region, Omsukchan district, GOK "Lunnoye" (678 km from the city of Magadan).
4. Magadan region, Omsukchan district, Goltsovoye field (located in the interfluve of Viliga-Balygychan-Sugoy 590 km from the city of Magadan)
Export period: 07/01/2020-31/08/2020;
The buyer must have a valid license for the right to carry out activities for the procurement, reception and sale of scrap metal;
Weight is determined by weighing on a car weighing attorney located on the territory of the production site of Magadan Silver JSC. We will be grateful to receive your offer before 20:00 on 10.26.2020 with the following applications:
1. Letter of guarantee with the completed Appendix No. 1 to the statement of work;
2. The list of constituent documents of the company and the consent form for the processing of personal data;
3. A copy of the license for the right to carry out activities for the procurement, reception and sale of scrap metal.

We pay special attention to the fact that this request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
