Comments: We hereby propose to consider the purchase of scrap metal from LLC "ZK "Mayskoye", formed as a result of the economic activity of the enterprise:
- scrap and waste of ferrous metals of various sizes in the amount of 343.4 tons + 4.07 metal chips;
Pickup period: 04.08.2022-15.11.2022;
The buyer must have a valid license for the right to carry out activities for the procurement, acceptance and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap;
The percentage of blockage according to GOST 2787-75.
-Prepayment of 30% per batch
- 70% within seven banking days, after the submission of the acceptance certificate, invoice and invoice, possibly in electronic form.
We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer, which will indicate: the price per 1 ton, the percentage of blockage, the delivery method, where the final acceptance of scrap metal will be carried out, with the following appendices:
1. a copy of the license for the right to carry out activities for the procurement, reception and sale of scrap metal.
2. the charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions)
3. certificate of state registration (on assignment of OGRN)
4. certificate of tax registration
5. decision of the authorized management body of a legal entity on the appointment of an executive body
6. if necessary, a power of attorney for the person who is authorized to sign the contract.
7. a letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes
8. an up-to-date extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (acceptable in electronic form from the FTS website)
9. consent to the processing of personal data. see attachment
10. Company card in editable format

Please note that this request for proposal procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.
