Legal entities that meet the following qualification requirements are allowed to participate in the procedure:
1) They have a license for the type of activity, or a corresponding document from an authorized body giving the right to legislatively collect (prepare), store, process and sell scrap and waste ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
2) They have legal capacity to conclude a scrap metal purchase and sale agreement.
3) Are solvent
4) They possess material, financial and labor resources sufficient to fulfill obligations under the purchase and sale agreement for scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

The following documents are attached to the application:
1. A copy of the license for the right to carry out activities (license for the right to purchase and accept waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, etc.), in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. A commercial proposal on the letterhead of the organization indicating the tonnage and% blockage, as in a notice with seals and signatures.
3. Filled out counterparty card in the form of PJSC "Star", with signatures and seals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
