A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals and the conclusion of a sale contract is the existence of a license or permission for this type of activity.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
The price is fixed by the volume pruned in the Announcement of sale from the moment of signing the contract by the parties.
