1. Preparation (cutting), removal of scrap metal is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Buyer.

2. The buyer must ensure the export of 100% of the scrap metal according to the terms and conditions of the specification. If the winner of the lot does not have information about the relevance of the submitted proposal (lack of a letter of rejection, lack of contact by mail or telephone), as well as if the winner of the lot refuses to accept scrap during the validity period of the specification concluded with him and does not fulfill the tender conditions, in the next three months, the tender committee does not consider its proposals.
