Payment terms:100% prepayment before the Buyer's selection of each batch of the Goods on the terms of pick-up from the Supplier's warehouse.
Location and terms of delivery:Delivery of the Goods is carried out on the terms of self-delivery by the Buyer's own forces from the warehouses of the Supplier, located at
1) Khmao-Yugra, Beloyarsky district, vill. Sosnovka (base LLC "SMU-4").

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, participants in this procedure MUST attach the file in the form of a scanned copy of their offer signed until the opening of the envelopes authorized person and sealed by the organization participating in this procedure, as well as documents on the list below. In case of failure or improper performance by the participant of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the participant's proposal.
3. List of documents for submission by participants in the form of scanned copies loaded when submitting applications:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer;
- Certificate of TIN;
- Buh balance for 2018-2020 ;
- VAT declaration for 2020
- Letter of guarantee on unconditional signing of the draft agreement in the version of the Supplier.

The validity period of the buyer's offer is not less than 60 days.

The cost must be specified taking into account the pick-up of the Goods by the Buyer.

Note: this request for prices is not a notice of competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
MTRs are implemented by Lots according to the attached files, corresponding to the names of the document, not positionally.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
