Payment terms:100% prepayment before selection by the Buyer of each batch of the Goods on the terms of self-pickup from the Supplier's warehouse.
Location and terms of delivery:The delivery of the Goods is carried out on the basis of self-pickup by the Buyer's own forces from the Supplier's warehouses located at the addresses:
1) Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, Beloyarsk district, pos. Sosnovka (base of LLC "SMU-4").

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure, as well as documents according to the list below. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant.
3. List of documents to be submitted by participants in the form of scanned copies, uploaded when submitting applications:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer;
- TIN certificate;
- Bukh balance for 2018-2020;
- VAT declaration for 2020
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft agreement as revised by the Supplier.

The buyers' offer is valid for at least 60 days.

The cost must be indicated taking into account the pickup of the Goods by the Buyer.

Note: this request for prices is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
MTPs are sold by Lot according to the attached files, corresponding to the names of the document, not positionally.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
