Payment terms:100% prepayment before the Customer selects each batch of Goods on pick-up conditions from the Supplier's warehouse.
Location and terms of delivery:Delivery of the Goods is carried out on the basis of the Customer's in-house pickup from Vendor's warehouses located at the addresses of:
1) YANAO, Tarko-Sale (SMU-4 LLC base).

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the file as a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed until the envelopes are opened by an authorized person and the seal of the party organization, as well as the documents under the list below. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the organizer reserves the right not to consider the participant's offer
3. List of documents to be provided by participants in the form of scanned copies that are downloaded at submission:
- Partner card;
- Commercial Offer
- TIN Certificate;
- Buh balance for 2018-2020 ;
- 2020 VAT declaration
- Warranty letter of unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Supplier.

Buyers offer expires at least 60 days.

The cost must be specified based on the pickup of the Goods by the Buyer.

Note: This price request is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
MTRs are implemented by Lot according to attached files corresponding to document names, not positionally.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
