Payment terms:100% prepayment before the Buyer selects each consignment of goods on the terms of self-delivery from the supplier’s warehouse.
Location and terms of delivery:The delivery of the Goods is carried out on a self-pick-up basis by the Buyer on his own from the warehouses of the Supplier located at the addresses:
1) Arkhangelsk region, Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Zapolyarny district, the village of Kharyaginsky (base LLC "SMU-4");
2) Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Ugra, Beloyarsky district, pos. Sosnovka (base of LLC "SMU-4");
3) Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Ugra, Pokachi, Aganskaya St., 59 (industrial zone, base of LLC "SMU-4")
Georeferencing:- Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Beloyarsky District, Sosnovka settlement
- Архангельская область, Ненецкий АО, Заполярный р-н, поселок Харьягинский (база ООО "СМУ-4")

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified with the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form, as well as documents on the list below. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant.
3. The list of documents to be provided by participants in the form of scanned copies uploaded upon application:
- Partner card;
- Commercial proposal;
- Certificate TIN;
- Bukh balance sheet for 2016-2018;
- 2018 VAT Declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Supplier.

Validity of the offer of buyers - at least 60 days.

IMPORTANT!
Proposals will be considered only submitted in accordance with the requirements of the procedure.

IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH PROCEDURE REQUIREMENTS, THE ORGANIZER IN THE LAW DOES NOT CONSIDER THIS OFFER.

The cost should be indicated taking into account the Pickup of the Goods by the Buyer.

Note: this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
