Comments:
Choosing a strategic partner to conclude a long-term contract for the sale of pipes in the NVI for a period of 1-2 years, the list of materials will be replenished as they are formed. Goods and materials must be collected from PJSC Kazanorgsintez (Kazan) and PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim (Nizhnekamsk). When determining the price, formula pricing is applied based on the changing cost of scrap (based on the data of RA RUSMET LLC) and the coefficients offered by buyers. A detailed procedure for submitting applications, determining the price and transferring the goods is described in the attached instructions
