Payment terms:Special conditions After the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer is obliged to make a security payment in the amount of 10% of the contract value to the Seller's current account. The funds transferred to the security payment account participate in mutual settlements for the last shipment of the Goods. In case of non-fulfillment of the contract regarding the period of sampling of the Goods, the Buyer pays a penalty within 10 banking days in the amount of 0.1% of the amount of the unselected Goods for each day of delay, but not more than the amount transferred to the account of the security payment. The amount of the fine may be deducted from the amount of the security payment.
Terms of payment 100% prepayment for the exported batch of Goods. A batch means the quantity of Goods that is delivered simultaneously on one or more consignment notes to the address of one consignee from one shipper.
