Payment terms:
The Buyer is obliged to make a 100% prepayment to
the Seller's current account within three calendar
days after the invoice is issued by PJSC TOAZ.
In case of non-fulfillment of the contract regarding the sampling period
The Buyer pays the penalty for the goods within 10
bank days in the amount of 0.2% of the unselected amount
Goods for each day of delay.
Settlements during the execution of the contract are carried
out through accounts opened in JSC "Tolyattikhimbank".
