Payment terms:100% prepayment until 04/26/2023 on the terms of pickup.
Location and terms of delivery:The transfer of the OS is carried out on the terms of pickup by the Buyer's own forces from the Seller's site located at the address: YANAO, Nadymsky district, Zapadno-Yurkharovskoye GKM, SMU-4 LLC Site No. 8. The transfer of the OS is possible no earlier than 01.07.2023 due to weather conditions and the location of equipment at this field.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, participants in this procedure MUST attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure, as well as documents according to the list below, before opening the envelopes. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the participant's proposal.
3. List of documents to be provided by participants in the form of scanned copies uploaded when submitting applications:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer;
- TIN certificate;
- Buh balance for 2020-2022;
- VAT declaration for 2022.
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract in the Supplier's editorial office.

The validity period of the buyers' offer is at least 60 days.

The cost must be indicated taking into account the pickup of the Goods by the Buyer.

Note: this price request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
