Payment terms:100% prepayment before the Buyer selects each batch of Goods on the terms of pickup from the Supplier's warehouse.
Location and terms of delivery:The Goods are delivered on the terms of pickup by the Buyer's own forces from the Supplier's warehouse located at the address: YANAO, Tazovsky district, Gaz-Sale village, SMU-4 LLC site No. 11.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure, as well as documents according to the list below, to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the participant's proposal.
3. List of documents to be provided by participants in the form of scanned copies uploaded when submitting applications:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer;
- TIN certificate;
- Buh balance for 2019-2021;
- VAT declaration for 2021.
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract in the Supplier's editorial office.

The validity period of the buyers' offer is at least 60 days.

The cost must be indicated taking into account the pickup of the Goods by the Buyer.

Note: this price request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
