Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is lower than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be reduced.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
100% prepayment. Loading, cutting and removal of scrap is carried out by the Buyer's forces and transport.
Dismantling, cutting, loading, transportation and other related actions are performed by the Buyer. The price of scrap is indicated taking into account the blockage. Pickup within 5 days from the date of the bid.
