Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Terms of payment (100% postpayment). Pay-as-you-go. The price of the goods is set per unit of production, including delivery VAT. Payment for goods is carried out by the buyer within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods

To participate in the procurement procedure it is obligatory to support the commercial offer, with the signature and seal on the letterhead of the organization.
The IP should specify the following:
1. Subject of purchase
2. Price per unit (lot) of goods with VAT.
3. Term of implementation (in calendar days)
4. Terms of payment (deferred payment in c.d.)
5. Experience with Rusagro Group - years, on the market - years.
6. Willingness or not to work on the form of a contract Tambov bacon.


The list of all documents required for submission is included. Providing the consent of the taxpayer is obligatory!

Proposals submitted in this procedure will not be considered without a Bid supported by the Lots.
