The following documents are attached to the application:
1. Copy of the license for the right to carry out activities (license for the acquisition and reception of waste ferrous and non-ferrous metals, etc.), in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Completed and signed contract in 2 (two) Copies.

Legal entities that meet the following qualification requirements are allowed to participate in the Procedure:
1) Have a license for the type of activity or a corresponding document from the authorized body that gives the right to collect (harvest), storage, processing and sale of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in the legislative order;
2) Have legal capacity to conclude a contract of sale of scrap metal;
3) are solvent;
4) Possess material, financial and labor resources sufficient for performance of obligations under the contract of purchase and sale of scrap metal.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
