Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is lower than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be reduced.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Transport data must be sent no later than 1 day before the scheduled date of shipment of the vehicle. The data is being checked, and if it is provided incorrectly and untimely, there is a risk of transport downtime

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

For all questions of free participation in this Bidding procedure, it is necessary to contact the B2B-Center Platform specialists by phone: +7 495 532-85-19, ext. 7610, 7620,8 800 555-85-19, and also submit requests for clarification of the technical part to the Customer through the functionality of the B2B E-Marketplace in the section of the relevant procedure.

In case of partial or complete rejection of the declared commercial offer on the E-Marketplace, regardless of rank, the Seller reserves the right to exclude the Buyer from the Bidding procedures in the future.
In case of an error when submitting an offer, you must cancel it by clicking "Withdraw bid". After that, go back to the Bidding procedure and submit the correct offers. The Bidder's refusal from his confirmed offer, as well as violation of the terms of this procurement procedure and the signed contract, lead to the disqualification of the Bidder (termination of cooperation with JSC Tander) for a period of at least 1 year.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
Location of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the B2B-Center Platform E-Marketplace group (www.b2b-center.ru ). Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
Attention: The field "Planned Call for Bidding" is required to be filled in. In this field, you must specify the redeemable amount of recyclables in kilograms. We also ask you to take into account that specifying the digit 0 is unacceptable. All offers with incorrect Call for Bids volumes are removed from consideration.
