3. Payment of works can be carried out by the Customer by transferring a bank bill of the Security Council of the Russian Federation with a maturity of 30 days. The transfer of the bill is carried out by the act of acceptance and transfer.

1. Availability of qualified personnel 2.The work is carried out on an agreed schedule. The participant who took part in the procedure (who made the proposal) must provide the KP with detail on the stages of work and terms for each stage, an estimated calculation.

Comments: 1. In the event that there is no tax reporting or does not allow to verify with a sufficient degree of confidence in the integrity of the Supplier, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self - supply of materials by the Supplier, including but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of persons involved in the delivery, information on the presence of property or on the right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
