Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the work performed is made on the basis of an invoice within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the Act of acceptance of work performed (form KS-2) and a Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3).

ATTENTION! If your organization is not accredited by the ChTPZ Group, you must, no later than submitting an application for participation in the purchase (s) of the ChTPZ Group, apply for accreditation at the link: https://chelpipe.ru/suppliers/pipe-division/accreditation/. This requirement applies to all suppliers (and TZP participants) of the ChTPZ group of companies, regardless of whether there were contractual relations during the last year or not.
Further accreditation will need to be held once a year. Требования к поставщику:Участники торговой процедуры должны заполнить и приложить квалификационную анкету подрядной организации (по форме приложения №3).
Работы должны выполняться организацией, имеющей:
1. Членство в СРО с допуском до работ на опасных производственных объектах.
2. Соответствующую материально-техническую базу.
3. Аттестованный персонал:
3.1. Протоколы аттестации Ростехнадзора по А1 (Подготовка и аттестация руководителей и специалистов организаций по основам промышленной безопасности).
3.2. Протоколы аттестаций и удостоверения по охране труда.
4. Лицензию МЧС на монтаж ПС.
5. Аттестованные рабочие.
6. Опыт работ не менее 3 лет по заявленным видам работ.
