The term for concluding an agreement is 5 days from the moment of approval of the protocol.
All participants must upload the following documents within 2 (two) business days after the announcement expires:
1. Signed contract and Appendix No. 1 to the contract, specification (with price indication) as amended by the Seller. The announcement agreement will be concluded again, regardless of the previously concluded agreements.
In the absence of any of the requested documents, the proposal will not be considered.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a participant to the email address me_b2b@mechel.com, independently uploading this offer to the site through the functionality of the System, subject to the following conditions:
The participant must be registered in the System;
the proposal must be sent to the e-mail address no later than 6 working hours before the deadline for accepting Proposals specified in the Notification with the obligatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for the request for proposals, as well as instructions for the preparation of offers are indicated in the procurement documentation.
1.2.1. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
