According to paragraph 3.3 of the Agreement for the implementation of permits (Appendix No. 3 to this Invitation)
Comments: Necessary requirements for the Supplier:
1. The absence of lawsuits by the Participant in the procurement procedure for the amount of claims to the latter, exceeding 25% of the company's equity;
2. The period of state registration of a participant in the procurement procedure before submitting an application for participation in the procurement procedure must be at least one year.
3. The contractor must have a branch or a separate representative office in the Krasnodar Territory.
4. TCH of the Participant must comply with the requirements of the Terms of Reference.
5. Carrying out tour operator activity by a legal entity, information about which is registered in the unified federal register of tour operators. The confirmation is a statement of the Participant's register of law for the right to conduct tour operator activities, OKVED 79.12.
6. Provision by the Participant of package tours with the participation of at least 10 cities in Russia. The confirmation is a photo of the screen with packages of tours certified by the signature of the responsible person and the company’s seal from the Participant’s official website.
7. The Participant has a transfer program in the region. The presence of concluded agreements with transport companies to provide transfer services to guests. Confirmation is certified by the signature and seal of the company copies of contracts with contractors.
In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, your application for participation in the procurement procedure will be rejected
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as tendering in the sense of Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue carrying out this procurement procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, and also to refuse to conclude an agreement with the Supplier, the proposal of which was recognized as the best according to the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, the participant bears any expenses associated with participation in the procurement procedure on its own, the specified costs under no circumstances will be reimbursed by the Sanatorium Zapolyarye LLC.

Questions related to the provision of clarifications on the technical part of the procurement procedure must be sent exclusively in writing to Tender@zapolarye.ru, or through the trading platform through the "Request for clarification" functionality.
The transfer of information to other units of Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC before the announcement of the results of the Purchasing procedure is not allowed; if such facts are discovered, Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC reserves the right to exclude the potential Participant from further participation in the Purchasing procedure.
