Comments: 1. The implementation procedure is not a tender, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which does not impose on the Company (the person who sent the invitation to participate in the implementation procedure, an information notice) an appropriate amount of civil obligations for the mandatory conclusion of a contract with the winner of the procedure or another participant.
