This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process (tender, auction) or public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose obligations on TVSZ JSC established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
