Comments:
Entities that meet the following qualifications are permitted to participate in the procedure:
1) Have a license to operate, or a relevant document from an authorized body granting legislative authority to collect (billet), store, recycle and implement scrap and ferrous and non-ferrous metals waste.
2) They are licensed to conduct the collection, transport, treatment, disposal, disposal, and placement of hazard grade I-IV waste.
3) Have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract — selling scrap metal.
4) Are solvent
5) They have material, financial and labor resources sufficient to meet the obligations of the purchase contract — the sale of scrap ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

The following documents are attached to the application:
1. Copy of the license for the right to operate (license for the right to purchase and receive waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, etc.), in accordance with Russian law.
2. Copy of the license for collection, transport, treatment, disposal, disposal, and placement of hazard grade I-IV waste.
3. Commercial offer with print and signature.
4. Completed counterparty card on the form of Zvezda.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
