Comments: Legal entities that meet the following qualification requirements are allowed to participate in the procedure:
1) They have a license for a type of activity, or a corresponding document from an authorized body, which gives the right to legally collect (procure), store, process and sell scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
2) They are licensed to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, utilization, disposal, disposal of waste of I-IV hazard classes.
3) Have the legal capacity to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of scrap metal.
4) Are solvent
5) They have the material, financial and labor resources sufficient to fulfill their obligations under the contract of purchase and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap.
The following documents are attached to the application:
1. A copy of the license for the right to carry out activities (license for the right to purchase and receive waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, etc.), in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. A copy of the license to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, utilization, disposal, disposal of waste of I-IV hazard classes.
3. Commercial offer with a seal and signature.
4. Completed counterparty card in the form of PJSC "Zvezda".
5. Companies without a commercial proposal, a completed counterparty card and a license are not allowed.
