Location and terms of delivery:The delivery of the Goods is carried out on the basis of self-pickup by the Buyer's own forces from the Supplier's warehouse located at:
1) Samara region, Samara, Groznenskaya st., 55 (base of LLC "GSI-NHM")
Georeferencing:55 Grozny street, Samara region, 443004, Russia
Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure, as well as documents according to the list below. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant.
3. List of documents to be submitted by participants in the form of scanned copies, uploaded when submitting applications:
- Partner card;
- Commercial proposal;
- TIN certificate;
- Bukh balance for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft agreement as revised by the Supplier.

The buyers' offer is valid for at least 60 days.

The cost must be indicated taking into account the pickup of the Goods by the Buyer.

Note: this request for prices is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
