All participants must upload the following documents within 2 (two) business days after the announcement expires:
1. Signed contract and Appendix No. 1 to the contract, specification (with price indication) as amended by the Seller. The announcement contract will be concluded again, regardless of the previously concluded contracts.
In the absence of any of the requested documents, the proposal will not be considered.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a participant to the e-mail address me_b2b@mechel.com, independently uploading this offer to the site through the functionality of the System, subject to the following conditions:
The participant must be registered in the System;
the proposal must be sent to the e-mail address no later than 6 working hours before the deadline for accepting Proposals specified in the Notification with the obligatory notification of the person in charge by phone.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for the request for proposals, as well as instructions for the preparation of bids, are indicated in the procurement documentation.
1.2.1. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
